Great food. Hostess was terrible. Had to wait 25 minutes even tough we had a reservation. She gave tables to walk ins first and even put someone right at the front of the line because she knew them.

We had a blast eating at Fire and Ice. The service was excellent. They were also accommodating to food allergies and cooked my food on a separate grill. They also had a sheet that I was able to look at before making my plate with all of the options on it. It was a very fun atmosphere and everyone seemed to love what they were doing that worked there.

Great place for young (college) crowd. A little loud for the +40 crowd.

I know it's kitschy and gimmicky... but I can't help but love coming here, maybe it's the appeal of shoveling large amounts of hot food down my gullet but I truly would never turn down a visit here. It's easy to overload with your first bowl so pace yourself (this is the mistake my boyfriend always makes!), I also like stealing spinach from the salad bar when they have it for my stir-frys.

Quite noisy, wish the formation of the tables was better for larger parties. Took a long time for the waitress to deliver drinks to the table. (Took almost 10 minutes to get one beer delivered. Where do they go?!) Very friendly on your birthday. The cooks will sing to you and they even let you help cook a little. If you're shy, you've been warned!

Fire & Ice is a great place to go for a special dinner or brunch. It's casual atmosphere combined with such fresh foods makes it very unique. I would highly recommend it for brunch!!!!

This was our first visit to Fire + Ice. It was selected because it looked good and was very near the Boston Opera House, where we were attending a show that evening. We enjoyed it thoroughly. It the style of restaurant where you select your ingredients (they were all very fresh), and give them to the cooks in a bowl. They cook them on a massive circular grill in the center of the place. The experience was fun, service excellent, and the food was really great. There were all sorts of options, from meat/fish stir fries to burg... read more
