What a fun restaurant, especially if you love to cook and create. My son wanted to go here for his 12th birthday. You pick out raw food from a buffet and bring it to a huge round griddle to be cooked by the chefs. It met all our expectations. Very friendly waitstaff too.
This restaurant was great for family with kids.

I love Fire and Ice always have. I was a little disapointed this time because the hostess at the door was rude and kept ignoring me and taking people who came in afterwards. The drinks are amazing and it was definately a great place to celebrate my 21st!
Mondays at Fire&Ice are great for college students because they have an all-you-can-eat deal for only $10. I would highly recommend it - just make a reservation first. Also, it is usually really busy on Mondays, so you WILL be waiting a while for your food to be cooked. The biggest negative about Fire&ice is that they have no organized system for waiting for the grill, so people who just arrived and are pushy can easily get in front of you, which is obviously frustrating when you've been waiting 15 min for your food to be co... read more

Great fishbowls, fun atmosphere
You didn't have a noise level choice that was "WHAT!? I CAN'T HEAR YOU!!!" Noisy and HOT and a not-very well organized "process" for grilling the food. We have been to similar restaurants that do it all MUCH better... namely, B.D.'s Mongolian Barbecue. Slow on the replenishment of food and beverages, at the selection bars and the table. Salad bar choices were extremely limited. The food, service and price (just $16.97 for all you can eat buffet) were better than I was expecting, but the atmosphere didn't appeal to me, nor did having to stand and wait around the fire pit while they cooked my food.
