Good food, good ambiance, fun place to eat with a group. Cooks a the grill are amazing
i had an excellent experience at fire and ice with my 11 friends that came for my birthday... definitly loved the waiter he was cute and very friendly with us and of course the men at the grill were also very nice...
Good food. Crazy busy. Difficult for large parties to eat at the same time. Lot's of time sitting in front of an empty plate while others where just getting their food
Probably the best service I have EVER experienced. The staff were VERY friendly, courteous, and attentive. This was our first time at the restaurant. We were made to feel very at home and welcome. The only thing I would say as a negative, is their lack of choice for certain things, such as seafood. They only had Tuna, Salmon, and calamari (a VERY difficult ingredient for this kind of experience). I was longing for some shrimp, scallops, or perhaps some crab. I loved my first experience there it was delicious I'll definitely be back!
On open Table, I reserved a table for 16. We only had eleven guests who showed up, but we were charged for 16. It was really awkward going over the bill (what seemed like a dozen times). In addition, my guests were informed by me to NOT order alchoholic beverages on the main tab for the table. Fire 7 Ice said they could not seperate the food and fountain drinks from the alcholic beverages. It was our daughters 13th birthday, our waiter was great!! His name was Tiago, the girls loved him took pictures etc!! It was a great experience, perfect for a group of teens and tweens!!!
We had a wonderful time and the food was great. The waiter seemed busy but it would have been nice to have been check on a little more often.
We had a great time and the food was delicious! Wear your eatin' pants when you go!
