I really enjoyed dinner at Fire and Ice. A friend and I had reservations for 6pm, we were a little early but we were still seated right away. Fire and Ice had a great ambience and our waitor, Ru, was EXTREMELY helpful to two newbies who have never had this type of dinning experience. I enjoyed the food, I really enjoyed watching our food being prepared and everyone was very friendly and helpful thanks so much for the great experience :)
The restaurant was terrific! I was there for my 40th birthday with a group of friends! The waiter was attentive, friendly and even gave us a tour since we had never been there before! Amazing, amazing, amazing!!!

Went on my boyfriend's birthday as I saw that if you sign up for the mailing list, you will receive a free dinner on your birthday. The waiter was put out that we brought a coupon and told me that I would not be able to get a free dinner because I did not have the official coupon even though I signed up for the mailing list. Finally got the free meal for my boyfriend but was a lot of hoops to jump through. Wouldn't go unless it is college night or they are offering another discount as it is a little pricey for what it is.
The food and service were excellent but it was too noisy. Also, I did not like the fact that while cooking they used the same utensils to prepare meat and non-meat meals. I do not eat red meat and cringed when I saw that he was stirring my meatless meal with the same utensils he had just stirred meals with meat. I think that with many people being vegetarians or no red meats that your restaurant should accommodate that and have a separate place on the grill and separate utensils. For this reason, I will not eat there again.
went out for my bday with a group of friends and had a fantastic time. Not over priced for what u get..very friendly staff, definately will return soon!!
It's a little seedy as compared to a few years ago.
I loved eating at fire and ice. The food was great, the atmosphere was good. I went during a not so busy time so Im sure the place is alot more lively when its busy and the chefs are more interactive with the guests. Dont get me wrong, our chefs were great for the little crowd they had.
I have been going to Fire + Ice for several years to celebrate family birthdays and other events and have always enjoyed the experience. But on this occasion it was disappointing to find out that they now have a policy that all of your party has to be there before they will seat you and will only hold your reservation for 15 minutes after the reservation time.
