The first and only time we've been to Fire + Ice. The place is loud and chaotic, which is unavoidable given the overall design. You sit down and order your drinks, pick up a bowl on your table, fill it with raw ingredients from a variety of self-service bars, and take it to one central griddle where the staff cooks it. While original, the concept has many drawbacks. Many in our large party of adults and kids were a grossed-out by spooning raw meat, shellfish and other items out of a salad bar. The griddle is enormous, so it ... read more

It was horrible. Our reservation was 30 min late. Table was in the middle of the traffic. Ordered a drink while waiting, drink never came. It was so loud, it felt like we were in a "disco." Music was blaring and the people were incredibly loud. What a waste of time. We left without having dinner. Ruined our Valentines Day.

Cambridge location is better, but I don't think I'll be returning to Fire & Ice again after this last trip.

Have been to Fire+Ice several times in the past and went back with my 6-year old nephew because I thought it would be something fun for him to watch. I was disappointed in the change in the restaurant since I was last there. It seems that the food quality and food choices have both gone down, which was a big part of the disappointment. Also, usually the grill cooks are a lot of fun and interact with the guests, which I thought would make it fun for my nephew - but they just stood there and talked to each other in Portuguese ... read more

I thought its was overly crowded, and Hostess were no informative. They were not friendly people. A fight broke out and was totally handdled wrong. Food was ok but took way too long. Staff wasn't helpful when people asked questions. Total crazy and not in a good way.

The host was not friendly and only thing our waiter did was bring us drink. He never came back for refill or ask if we needed anything. My husband had to go and find someone to even bring us things. And, because we were party of 8, they automatically gave 18% tip which I don't believe anyone deserve for just bringing us a drink and nothing else.

When we arrived we had opentable reservations for 6. The hostess staff ended up putting 4 on our ticket after she confirmed it said 6 on her computer. When we brought our ticket up they took two tables and turned them and added chairs so our dining experience was awful with crowded eating room. Wait staff was extremely slow. Waited 15-20 minutes for bill. Cooking line was rather slow at times and packed.
