Very loud. Food quality has gone down.
The idea of picking your own ingredient to stir-fried was great but turned out the food was way overcooked! Fire and Ice is a great place for a fun dinner but definitely not the place to go for good food.
Way too loud, we could not speak to each other at all. With everyone else going through the same, the music was reduced to a loud annoying beat. Long wait to get food prepared, arrogant waiter, very cold draft coming from the window, causing us to eat with our coats on. Wrong drink was served and finally received the correct drink after having to wait another 20 minutes. We will certainly never go back.
Interesting shtick.. The kids liked the interactive experience. However, the only reason I would return would be because my 12 year old dragged me there again. Loud, smokey and you have to work and wait for your food. Not my idea of a pleasant evening out. Definitely for the younger set.
My food is overcook . the food taste bad.the serve is not good too.
Get your own food in a bowl and bring it to a central grill and wait in line. Not fun. Ps every surface was sticky; handrails, tables, seats, counters. Skip it if you are over 12.
We have talking about going to fire and ice for years. We finally did. I wish we hadn't it started when we were sat so close to another table. The food was great and it should be for the price we paid. Service was terrible. I wouldnt go back or would I tell others it was good. Save your money!
Not my cup of tea. Constructing your own lunch and putting raw/frozen meats on vegetables/pasta for it to be cooked on a central cooking surface just doesn't seem right. Dark room, slow-ish service. Won't be back.
