The place was packed with teens on various group trips. I did not like their behaviour and the entire place did not feel clean. The restaurant should limit the groups it takes each night or insist on adult supervision. Lighting should be brighter so that the managers are more inspired to clean periodically. I will not go back.
I really like the food and the cooks were real cool. The waitress on the other hand was no where to be found. We had reservations and got there at 9:05 and was seated right away. We got a table that seemed as an after thought with the design of the building. It was like we were sitting in a closet. We made our reservation online, then changed it to an earlier time online and i still had to wait 25 mins when a group with te same number of people and the same reservation time sat almost as soon as they got there. When I asked them they said oh whoops your right and we had to wait more then they finally set us. Overall I had a bad experience when I took by niece, nephew and Godson here to celebrate my Godson's 8th graduation. The evening started out well and the staff who worked the grill were awesome. Our waiter was HORRIBLE to the point that when he was MIA for 20 minutes while we waited for a dessert menu, I went to complain to the manager and hostess. food quality and service really need improvement. The kids thought it was fun, but that's about the best thing I can say about the experience.
Ive been to Fire and Ice many times, and never had a bad experience until this visit. Not sure if it was due to it being Fathers Day, or what drove the issues, but it was total chaos. We had reservations, and we're seated promptly. The restaurant was busy, but not packed. Many empty tables, but the grill was swarmed!!! And couldn't keep up, people didn't no where to go to line up, and no one from the restaurant staff took any initiative to step up and help direct people. It is way too loud. Can't hear what people across table are saying. Atmosphere is good but there should be a corner for people who want a little quiet. The name is called Fire and Ice- the price should include a cold drink(ice) to accompany the hot food(fire).
