First time but definitely not the last. Great food, ambience and service. Buffet style was interesting with a huge grill in the middle. Great way to capture an audience. Most people were masked when they’re not eating. Noise levels were loud when sitting next to the grill. Overall, great experience.

My boyfriend & I came to celebrate my birthday. I loved Fire&Ice when they were in Providence and was so excited to be able to go to their Boston location. Food was great, service awesome and I love their 2 floor location. I’ll be back with friends for sure!
Came for my grandson's 17th birthday as a party of 11. Overall we like the restaurant, but tonight the grill needed more people - only 2 people - food got overdone even with going back for multiple tries because they just couldn't keep up with grilling, then cleaning the grill, and getting through all the people.

It was our first time back since Covid. We sure have missed it! The food is always fresh and the cooks are great. It wasn't busy on a weekday night right at 5 PM opening so it was easy to get seconds with no wait. Don't forget to have a burger as they are top notch.

We don't go to Boston often, however, when we do, we make it a point to eat here. Food, service, staff, always 5 stars! 2 people, amazing food, dessert, and drinks, less than 100 bucks!? Will continue to make it a staple in our ventures into the city
