It's been over a decade since we last came here. The food and variety was really good. The noise level was over the top. There must have been a school event, lots of students. But it was a fun evening and a different experience.

My husband and 11-year old granddaughter love this experience. And, it's great to be able to see your meal being prepared. However, the place seemed a little hot and sticky since we were last there. It just didn't have the usual cleanliness.

I have always had an awesome time at fire and ice restaurant. And this was my first time, not having to yell. what a very wonderful time.

Kinda run down and need of refurbishing-plates all scratched, floors all stained-bathrooms very unclean

What a beautiful experience my husband and I had on May 24th. My birthday was May 27th, and I was an insider member and received my free meal. The staff was wonderful. Our hostess, her name was Reggie, and she was phenomenal. They sang Happy Birthday to me and brought tears to my eyes. And there were a little bit more kids there than I would have usually liked, but it was still wonderful. I had such an amazing time that I will be back tonight on June 7th for my brother's birthday and bringing 10 people
