Atmosphere was upbeat, exactly what we were looking for. The service was not great. They could not find my reservation. The waiter did not get our drink order correct twice and tried to get us to take the incorrect drink. The food was not being restocked and many items including sauces were out. The people cooking the food were great and super nice. Nice to experience this restaurant with my son, but we will not be back.

the whole dining experience kept our 19 yo college student fully engaged and entertained. The phone didn't even come out except for picture taking! Great service and great value for the AYCE concept.

Food was good but service was non existent. We understand that it was busy, but waiting for water and then waiting 40 minutes for the bill was a lot.

Fire & Ice has always been a favorite. It had been a while since our last visit. This time it was lunch. What a great surprise that they have added omelets, pancakes and crepes during lunch. The original ingredients noodles, meats, veggies were just as fresh as ever. Having a fruit filled crepe for dessert was awesome. This restaurant was always great but now it is even better.

When i was with my friends last night we all had a good time and the food was amazing if anyone decided to go somewhere for dinner make sure it is Fire and ice

This place was amazing I brought my partner here and they fell head over heels in love with it, the price made sense when you considered you get both quality and quantity here I definitely plan on coming back
