I shopped around between Shaun at First Colony and two other lenders. Hands down, Shaun was VERY IMPRESSIVE. He and his team showed they actually cared, provided a very thorough & powerful presentation, informative, and spent time to answer every question I had to ensure my full understanding. Jeremy is amazing! When we started the loan I didn't think we had enough time and Jeremy said he thought we could make it happen as long as I would get him paperwork and things that he needed as fast as I could.
