I would give them 3 stars out of five. They were somewhat slow to respond to questions and concerns. I had to contact Shaun several times for help. Sometimes they sent payment coupons but not consistently.

This is the second time we have worked with Jeremy Hollingshead for our mortgage needs. He took time to answer all of our questions and provide us with different options so we felt like we knew exactly what we were getting into. We have been able to do much of the loan process from home this time, and it’s gone relatively quickly. Jeremy is easy to communicate with and get a hold of when/if questions arise during the process. We would definitely use him again in the future and will recommend him to friends and family.
