Kendal Paturzo at First Colony was so great and easy to work with. She made the home buying process relatively simple and easy for us to understand. We really wanted to go with First Colony in the first place, and Kendal did great at offering competitive rates so that we could choose them. When I buy a home again in Utah, I will definitely use them.

Jeremy is by far the best lender i have ever delt with. He always helps me with questions on when the right time to refinance is. With my first house, i had another lender and it seemed i would never get into the house. I dropped that lender for Jeremy and he closed within a month. When i sold my house i sent the seller to Jeremy and he was awesome in helping him. I used Jeremy with my second house and continue to use him.

As a business owner, my finances were a little more complicated. I had already gone through the whole process with a big national lender that dropped me just before closing because I did not tick all the boxes in their algorithm. Jeremy was able to work with me on short notice to get a home loan on excellent terms. I cannot recommend him enough. I only wish I had gone to Jeremy right from the start rather than wasting time elsewhere.

I have had only a great experience with Jeremy and Austin. I was able to reach out to them anytime I had any questions , including weekends and night, they were always on top of it. It was a very fast and easy experience, and they were able to work with my strange credit history and the fact I was moving from out of state. I will be working woth them again if I ever need to.

Through Jeremy's knowledge he was able to execute my loan and very efficiently close early. I was so amazed at his willingness to go the extra mile ensuing the loan. He was personable, supportive and so easy to work with. Especially with the untimely passing of my sister. He reached right in and dealt directly with my credit union on my behalf. I am so grateful for his diligence and kindnesses shown me. Thank you Jeremy !

Travis went above and beyond in helping us get the best mortgage and rate. He is friendly, super responsive, answered every and all questions, and even arranged to have someone come to our house in the evening to sign the closing paperwork because we had a tricky schedule. Incredible customer service and we felt secure that we were in good hands the whole process, from start to finish and even after everything went through.

We highly recommend Jeremy Hollingshead as your best option for a home loan in Southern Utah. We recently moved to St George from another state. We were not familiar with Utah laws and regulations. Jeremy walked us through the process and everything was handled flawlessly. We've moved 6 times. This was the 1st time we can remember when everything happened exactly as it should, and exactly on time. We were very pleased and impressed!

I've known Shaun for a long time but this was the first time I've worked with him professionally. Not only was he quick about getting information out, he was patient with me and provided about a half a dozen options when I couldn't decide which way to go.
