Jeremy made my husband and I feel comfortable every time we spoke with him. We were first time buyers and he made sure we understood everything, answered all of our questions, and went above and beyond for us. We used First Colony to help us buy our second home. We worked with Marlin Payne. I have to say that the process was ONE HUNDRED times better and less stressful than the first time we bought a house. He communicated well, gave us the best deals he could, and was always available to help us. In the future, we will always use Marlin to help us with any real estate transaction.
