Shaun knows what he is talking about, and makes you feel like a friend. He is able to answer the really hard questions without making you feel stupid, but also without leading you astray and just telling you what you want to hear. He will protect you if your ideas are not in compliance with government regulations that could get you into trouble, and you will be grateful he does.
