Marlin was an awesome lender for my husband and me. Gave a great recommendation on what loan was best for us. Excellent communication and listening skills and was not hesitant to answer any questions we had. He understands the stress in purchasing a home (especially for a first time buyer like me) and helps alleviate the stress. I believe having the right lender makes your home buying experience and Marlin made ours a great one!
Jeremy and Austin at First Colony Mortgage were extremely helpful and quick during the loan process. This was our second time having them help us with our home loan and they were just as great as the first time.
