This is only the second home I've ever purchased, the first Mortgage company I used was ok, they did the job and got things done, but Becky and her team went above and beyond the call of duty. Always got my paperwork submitted, signed, and back to me faster than I expected. When things went wrong with the buyers of my home they didn't skip a beat, gave me a call seconds after they found out and let out the options in a very easy to understand way. Shaun was fantastic! He went above and beyond to keep us in the loop, to make sure we understood the entire process, to close earlier than expected, and even worked with his contacts to find us a better insurance rate than we were able to find on our own (above and beyond right?!).
