Kody is great. he helped us get into our first home and refi a few years later. i knew nothing about real estate before meeting kody. he has been patient and answered all my questions without belittling them. he is very knowledgable and eager to help all his clients. he truly has our best interest in mind which is rare in his field of work. he's not just after commission checks.

After completing our original loan in April, he checked in with us in the fall to see how our basement remodel was going. He helped us get the financing to complete it and now we should be enjoying our finished basement within a few months! Jeremy is just a really good person and someone I trust.
