While looking for a home, My wife and I were a little skeptical of our selves in purchasing a home. However, we decided to buy a home with the help of First Colony, and their help was phenomenal! Aubrie Klafke and her team were helpful and welcoming; furthermore, they were very knowledgeable and answered any question we had. Thanks again, First Colony, you guys were great!
This was my first home buying experience. First colony mortgage was there every step of the way. I never felt pressured or that I was a burden with all of my questions. Becky always answered my questions quickly and professionally. Overall a great experience for me. I was even able to close over a week early! I don't make recommendations much but I would highly recommend First Colony Mortgage to my friends and family.

Would do business again without hesitation. Shaun was very organized and efficient. He prepared checklists for us to accomplish which made it easy to understand and accomplish the loan process. We had direct access to Shaun any time we had a question or concern. He is very customer and service oriented. We actually would like to adopt him as one of our sons (he is THAT trustworthy). He and his team helped us close our loan in record time!

I am so glad we were able to work with Jeremy. There was a time crunch in our moving to Utah from out of state. He worked so hard, we were able to close early which I know is very challenging.
