Marlin was great. He always got back to me with any questions and anyways sweet. Our loan was easy, painless and done without issues. Marlin is the way to go!
Marlin was so great to work with. He was very quick to give us the best rate possible for us to refinance and I felt like he did all the work and presented us with the obvious better rate we were going to get. He wasn't pushy (best of all) and let us decide at our own pace. He was very informative and even came to our house since we have little ones. Marlin was great to work with. He answered all of my questions no matter how silly they seemed. He was always available when I needed him night or day.

after having no luck with other brokers, i did a quick google search and the mortgage broker company where Lisa worked. I was able to speak to her that night and got the ball rolling. within a day she has referred me to a realtor that shes worked with that was great at finding me my home. Jeremy is so great to work with. We have worked with him in purchasing two homes and refiancing our current home and well.
