I would like to take the time to mention that Travis was a big help in the purchase of my home here in Utah. He was recommended to me by my son, who used Travis to buy his townhouse last year. It was a good to find out that Travis was a guy I could trust. To explain, I was living in Hawaii but buying a house in Utah. I just couldn't afford making the trip to look at house that were on the market. So trusting my daughter, our realtor, and Travis made it possible to buy a house that I haven't really seen in person.
I felt like Emily treated me like her most special client, although thats my imagination since she probably treats all her clients that way. She was very professional, definitely knows what she is doing, and she way always on top of things. A bonus is she is pleasant to work with, patient and understanding. I would highly recommend her and I hope to have the pleasure of working with her again!
This was by far the BEST experience we've ever had in obtaining a mortgage. We didn't have the most streamlined situation and Jake definitely knew what it was going to take to get us approved. Way exceeded our expectations!
Lending via Jeremy was a snap. Excellent communications throughout, very timely response to any questions, and a pleasure to work with. Jeremy was the quarterback for all 3rd parties, including the title company, insurance company, my broker, etc. We required docs to be signed in two different cities and Jeremy made this seem simple.

Becky and her team were great to work with! We were first-time home buyers living out-of-state so we knew it wasn't going to be easy, but Becky definitely made the process of purchasing a home much smoother than I could have imagined. She was very quick to respond to emails/phone calls and stayed in touch with us over a ~4 month period from when we first contacted her through the purchase of our home.

I had been pre-approved by another lender a couple of months ago but when I called them to update my application they wouldn't return my phone calls. Jeremy kept in touch with email and phone calls to get the needed paperwork and move forward as quickly as possible.
