We used Marlin last year when we decided to build. He was beyond helpful and super on top of things. I was the worlds most annoying client and he answered my 1000 questions and went above and beyond for us. We will 100% use him again and 100% recommend him for anyone looking!!

I have nothing but positive things to say about Marlin. I recommend him to all close family and friends. In the beginning, I was nervous to buy a home, but Marlin was there every step of the way. Marlin was amazing. We started with a different mortgage company. We were given tons of promises and in the end ... the other mortgage company was basically pulling our legs. Talk about someone who really knows how to do their job and help people out in the best ways possible. My wife and I had issues with two other agencies and a credit union while trying to buy a home and it took nearly a year. Jeremy is excellent. He helped us with our first VA home loan and now our second. He made everything easy and simple to understand. All the paperwork was submitted and processed on-time or ahead of the deadlines. I would use Jeremy again no matter where I was buying a home.
