I was given Steves information from our realtor as a last resort. We had a very unique situation and after wasting time and money with 2 other lending companies, Steve was able to process our loan while the others said it was not possible. Steve is very friendly and approachable, has called since closing to see how things were going and to see if I would be interested in other programs. Blake was fantastic to work with. He knew all the little tricks to help us get the best loan we could get while my husband is going to school and I am usually home with our two kids. We were able to buy a townhome and we love it! I am very happy I called him.
