Jeremy does a fantastic job explaining the process. He is easy to get in touch with and will promptly return phone calls. This is our second time working with Jeremy and First Colony and probably not our last.

Becky and the Staples group were great to work with! She and her "A-team" were always quick to respond to our calls and emails and gave plenty of updates throughout the process. She was great to explain the process and answer questions as they arose. As first-time home buyers that was especially important to us. We were able to close on time even when we had to make some changes in the middle of the process and had a slightly shortened time line. We were very pleased with our experience and would definitely recommend her!
I have worked with Jeremy multiple times to obtain loans or refinance. He is great to work with and is extremely helpful. He helped us complete a cash out refinance and switch to a 15 year loan.

Travis was able to get us a 2.75 15 year loan. He was also very helpful with reminding us about deadlines. I really enjoyed the experience. This was our first home and it was an easy process.
