The thing I like most about Jeremy is that he's a good listener. That shows me that he really wants to do what's best for me. Jeremy is very professional, personable, approachable, and he knows the mortgage business inside out. I am very satisfied with his service and recommend him to anyone who wants a pleasant mortgage experience.

Me and my wife just bought our first home. We were very nervous about stepping into the house buying process. There is sooo much to take in! Shaun made this whole process easily digestible. In addition to that he was extremely responsive, knowledgeable and helpful way beyond the scope of his duty. Any time we had questions Shaun went the extra mile to make sure we were taken care of. I would highly recommend any of my family and friends to work with Shaun.

Emily was awesome to work with! She responded to emails and phone calls quickly. She was extremely knowledgeable and gave us good input about the kind of mortgage we should get, our credit scores, and other points of the mortgage loan. She was very helpful and on top of the whole loan process. She called me when there were additional documents we needed to submit, instead of me having to call her to get information. Getting through the mortgage maze has always been tedious and confusing, but thanks to Brandon, Becky, and Aubrie it went smoothly. They are experts in their field, timely communicators, and worked tirelessly to help me understand and feel comfortable with the process. Would not hesitate to use their services again if the opportunity arises.

Without Jeremy's knowledge and help with our V.A. Loan we probably wouldn't have been able to get a V.A. Loan. He is Honest,conscience and can still make you feel like you're family. We closed on the date he told us and closing cost were what he said they were. Very Professional ! I will highly recommend him to everyone.

Becky, Brandon and the First Colony Mortgage team were amazing to work with. We just purchased our first home and to be honest, the thought of buying a home was a little intimidating. After sitting down with Brandon and Becky, I was totally put at ease. The whole process was explained in terms that I could understand. Any questions I had were explained in detail. The entire process was seamless! They were fun, professional and easy to work with! I would definitely recommend them to any of my friends and family.
