We are so pleased with the service provided us by Jake. Our loan was a tough one. My husband started a business 1 month before we began our loan application. It caused Jake a tremendous amount of additional work helping us put everything together. He was patient and indefatigable. A couple of times we were ready to give up. He wouldn't hear of it. Jake is awesome.We were first-time home buyers, with very little knowledge regarding the process of obtaining a mortgage, and he helped us out every step of the way. He was quick to respond, and always willing to answer our many questions.
Jake was always quick to answer all of our first time home buyer questions, then a year later, all of our refinancing questions! He walked is through each step, kept us updated on where deadline were and where paperwork needed to go. I never felt like I was asking a dumb question, and I never felt taken advantage of when I knew so little to begin with. We will always refer friends and family to Jake Frankcom!
Jake does a great job - takes a lot of pride in his job and in ensuring your experience is top-notch. Was very responsive, and was always available for me to call for questions or follow-up. Would highly recommend him.
I was very satisfied with the loan process. Communication with Jake was excellent. Jake was very helpful in setting up the loan. I found the whole process had been conducted in a very professional manner. Everything was done as initially laid out. I always received prompt attention and was fully informed of how the process was to take place.
Buying a house is not the easiest thing to do, but Jake made every thing work and it ran smoothly. Whenever there was a snag, he was on top of the situation and always worked out the bugs. He was willing to take calls after hours, so everything fell into place. We were very happy and pleased with Jake and everything he did for us. We would highly recommend him for your loan needs.
