Becky and her team did such an amazing job on my loan. For my wife and I this was our first purchase and we had to find a lender who was willing to walk us through the process and understand our needs. If you want someone who's willing to go above and beyond it's Becky and the Staples Group.
Looking back on my experience in getting a home loan, I am so glad I chose to go with Becky Staples and her team. Becky was so efficient, helpful and not to mention knowledgeable. She made the entire process so easy and her team was incredible.
We recently just bought our first home and were a little nervous when the process began. However, Becky made the process so easy and seamless from start to finish. She was very thorough with the details I kept asking of her and always let us know what stage of the mortgage process we were in. I would recommend her to anybody who is buying a home in St. George.
The Staples Group puts the pro in professional, when it comes to mortgages. Both Brandon and Becky were very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. I could reach them at anytime. They returned calls almost immediately, and never left me with any questions or doubts. They give you the royal treatment there. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would!!
Our real estate agent recommended Jeremy the day we deeded to make an offer for our new home. Jeremy immediately contacted us to obtain necessary information to begin loan qualification. When he found out we are veterans he immediately began the process to obtain the needed approval for a VA loan, as well. In a matter of hours he called bad with our pre-approval and offered to get a letter to the real estate agent to make it a part of our offer.
