Mission Accomplished!! I was referred to Kim by my realtor. I already knew that I wanted to use a specific homebuyer program issued by the state of MD and discussed it with Kim. Once I submitted my pre-approval paper work we were able to get a ball park figure of my purchase price and monthly mortgage payment.
