Mike was extremely helpful throughout our home buying process and was available during all sorts of hours to answer questions and process documents. He was especially helpful, since we had a very aggressive short closing period (2.5 weeks) and we wouldn't have gotten the house if it wasn't for his exceptional service. Mariel helped my husband feel at ease at first because she speaks Spanish. She was kind enough to meet with us after hours because my husband works long hours. She along with our realtor handled a last minute discrepancy and she even showed up to our closing with a small gift in hand. She goes the extra mile throughout the process.
We know John for a while, he was referenced to us by our son in low and we are using his service than. We twice refinanced our loans and recently got a new. We trust his advice and hard work to find loan that would be best for us. He is trying to find a best solution and not just to sale a loan. He would only sell a loan if would fit the need. We are trust him and would go for service any time would be needed
