Tammy has handled refinancing, purchasing properties and assisted helping my sister and I in completing the final sale of my father's home after his passing. I have been a client of hers for the past 20 years and I couldn't be more happy with all the work she has done for me and my family. She is the only lender i will use! Tammy always responds right away and answers all of our questions, she truly cares about her clients and their best interests.

Tammy is not only a fantastic person, but, also a fantastic lender to work with! We have worked with her twice for the refinancing of our home. She works very diligently to answer questions and goes over and beyond to help get the best deal possible for her customers! Hello, If you don't use Maureen Kapasi for your home loan, you are doing it all wrong. Maureen is very knowledgeable in all aspects of the home buying process, and she has the patience of a saint! Maureen's level of professionalism and detail allowed me to secure a home in quick fashion at a very reasonable closing cost. Chris was so helpful throughout the whole process. Another lender told me I couldn't get a home loan. As I was ready to give up , my realtor put me in contact with Chris. He called me at home on a Saturday and spoke to me at length about what I was looking for and what we could afford. That same day I had a pre-qualification letter. First Ohio Home Finance made this process so smooth and were there for me every step of the way. I will recommend Chris and his team to anyone. Thanks Chris, I absolutely love my new home!!
