Tammy has helped our family 3 times so far. When my daughter was buying a her first house a couple years ago, I helped her with her down payment. Apparently you can't give money away without documentation. Who knew ?? Tammy helped this crusty old private guy understand the need for this information needed from me. He was quick, knowledgeable, and responsive. Always kept us informed on status of the loan or what the next step was.
