I was trying to buy a home in Ohio while living in Washington State and even though I was across the country it never felt that way. I had some hiccups during closing but Donna didn’t give up on me she worked with me and got me the clear to close at the end of it all.

Chris and his team at first Ohio were awesome. I originally went with PNC. They denied me over being at my job 2 months short of 2 years. ( apparently a requirement by them I was not told). Chris told me he could make it happen and he did! After a wasted 10 days first Ohio got the deal closed by the deadline and even got me a better interest rate than PNC. Just when I lost hope on buying a home first Ohio was there to lift me up and make it happen. Couldn’t be happier.
