We've attempted to re-fi several times only to walk after after either high interest rates or unfavorable closing costs. Not only was Tammy able to facilitate a speedy and pleasant experience: She beat my home banks interest rate by 20 basis points. She was an absolute pleasure to work with and helped us navigate several pitfalls. Can't recommend her enough!
