When I say Dave is truly an amazing person he helped me and my family out in ways where we felt there was no hope he told us exactly what we needed to to do to get approved even with the dark days we had God continued to show his light through out the process and to help Dave help us. We call this miracle loan because it surely was thank you Dave and Lyndsey for all your continued help and putting up with us for so long 🙏🏽

We worked with Beth Johnson to aquire an FHA loan. It was a long, tedious process, but Beth stayed and helped the whole way. She made sure that we got everything we needed to ensure our loan. She definitely went the extra mile! I would recommend her to anyone!

4 months into an application with a major lending institution and we were getting nowhere. Then we met Beth. She went above and beyond all our expectations. Highly satisfied 3x customer! We have used First Ohio Home finance for a mortgage, a refinance and currently another mortgage. Our repeated business is due to the knowledge, detailed and prompt service we have received every time from every employee! They are easy to get in contact with and keep you informed of every step! We have referred our friends as well. They will go above and beyond to make everything as smooth as possible. Next time I need a loan they will be my first and only call!

Tammy was extremely easy to work with, she was always quick to respond to any questions even outside of normal working hours. We felt like we properly guided through the process as first time buyers. Overall, we loved the experience and because of Tammy the process was extremely simple for us!
