John Balzer was a great choice in financial advisory. Not only was he always available by e-mail, call or text, he was very personable as well. John was able to provide us with an even lower rate than we expected and closing occurred two weeks earlier than previous planned. Overall, I would recommend John Balzer.

John did a great job explaining exactly what loan would fit our budget best. He was very straightforward and did not beat around the bush. At closing there were no surprises and our loan was exactly as he had explained it. John shopped around and got us the lowest rate possible. I would highly recommend him for any type of home loan.
I recent worked with John to purchase my first home. John did a wonderful job explaining the lending process to me as we went along, and reminded me to think about details I may have missed otherwise. I work nights, and John worked exceptionally hard to be available to answer any questions that I had.
