Dave and his team at First Ohio Home Finance were amazing! From the first conversation to closing they were incredible. Troy was always very helpful with any questions we had. He had a wonderful team that was also great to work with. Being first time home buyers, I think the overall process went quite well and at the end of the day we are in the home of our dreams. We would definitely recommend Troy!

Tammy knew exactly what was needed and was on it! Tammy was a complete pleasure to work with and very honest and down to earth. Tammy made us feel comfortable from day one and answered any questions we had with no BS. Tammy had us prepared and we were ready to close 2 weeks early. I was so pleased to purchase my first home with Chris and First Ohio. He was great throughout the entire home buying process. Chris would take the time to explain the many questions I would have and provided all the options that would work with our family situation.
