Steve and his team were as helpful as can be. I am a licensed RE agent outside of Ohio and bought an investment property using First Ohio. Anyone that has ever purchased an investment property knows the process is usually intensive and at times painstaking. First Ohio made the process incredibly simple and smooth.

Tammy was such a blessing in walking my husband and myself through every step of buying our first house! She works patiently with you to make sure everything is done the right way the first time. Tammy responds quicker than I could ever imagine. She even drove about 2 hours if not a little more to come to our signing for the house. Tammy became a friend to us both and we are forever grateful for her help and expertise!

Chris was available and responsive to all of our questions. As first time home buyers this was extremely helpful! Chris was able to work with our schedules to complete the loan process in a timely manner. This included answering phone calls late into the evening. Chris was very thorough with documentation pertaining to our loan. Overall, Chris was very dependable and I highly recommend him!
