I was working with my bank to get a new second home mortgage and it just wasn’t working. My son referred me to Chaz Bicknell. Within 30 minutes I was approved for the mortgage. He was very professional and there was a lot of communication back and forth as we worked together. I would defend recommend Chaz to anyone needing a mortgage. We worked together March 2016.

Troy was amazing to work with he answered every question, kept us informed and ran the number on more then a dozens homes for us. Being first time home buyers we was told it would be stressful, that did not happen Troy was there for us, prepared us for what we would need and what to expect.

Troy Farrell is an absolute asset to First Ohio! My mother retired from vp of mortgage n underwriting for 3 different banks for 35 plus years.
