I was working with my bank to get a new second home mortgage and it just wasn’t working. My son referred me to Chaz Bicknell. Within 30 minutes I was approved for the mortgage. He was very professional and there was a lot of communication back and forth as we worked together. I would defend recommend Chaz to anyone needing a mortgage. We worked together March 2016.
He was outstanding to work with. He got us a great rate and reduced fees. His communication skills were great as he kept us informed through the whole process and their were no surprises.
He helped us and advised us every step of the way, making the entire process understable and easy. He knew what type of loan was best for us and how to get us where we need to be

All I can say is 'WOW'. Tammy is amazing to work with, she was in constant contact with myself and my agent to ensure that I knew exactly what my total payment would be for each house I looked at. As a first-time home buyer and going through the process on my own, I was a little nervous that I would miss something, but Tammy met with me multiple times and coached me through everything. I met Tammy on-line while searching for a mortgage lender a year ago. We actually had 3 contracts on various homes that did not go through, but Tammy was there with qualification letters, mortgage numbers, etc. I could call Tammy day or night and she was available.
