Mary has been handling the our mortgage financing for nearly 15 years now. She has always gotten us the best rates and the lowest closing costs she could. Always super friendly, and is awesome at communicating with us throughout the process by explaining everything, answering every question and great at keeping in touch. In other words, she returns email messages and phone calls promptly, which is so important these days in such a fast pace world.

There's not enough words to express my gratitude for everything that Mary has done for me and my family. I have been trying to refinance my home for many years it didn't happen until I called Mary. Tammy is easy to talk too. Has no problems answering questions and works with you.. She works fast. I was able to close on my house sooner then expected!

Tammy was able to breeze through the closing process much faster than expected saving me time, money and travel hassles. She listened to my financial goals and was able to tailor a loan to my needs. She was able to deal with the title company and agents who had different agendas and get everyone on the same page; sealing the deal in less than a month!

All I can say is that I have used many financial organizations in the past and never was it more satisfying than working with Tammy. She has assisted me with the purchase of two homes and refinanced three times and wow!! At no time did I feel any stress that usually comes whenever you deal with that stuff. I have recommended Tammy and First Ohio several times and I plan to use Tammy and First Ohio in the future. Thank you.

I've never had better customer service. Tammy came highly recommended and we were not disappointed. Tammy even worked with us while she was on vacation with her loving husband! Thanks to Tammy we are in our dream home.
