GREAT! I have mortgage with you guys and a savings account, but will be switching my checking account on January 2022. I simply went to the ATM to get cash, would ONLY let me choose virtual teller. I could have been done in literally 1 minute, instead, I left with 4 people patiently waiting. The teller was nice, but was not necessary. The only positive is she was able to break one of the $20s for me like it used to do but has stopped (why?). I'm also frustrated with the ATM card that doesn't work on the tap option in maybe half the stores we shop in. And every time I bring it up, 1st Light says they have never heard that before.
