Dr. Redfearn and his staff have an excellent manner in making sure their patients are comfortable. No question is ever a silly questions. The quality time they spent with each patient is stellar, but yet efficient.

As always, the staff was pleasant. Diana is always able to answer any questions I have, very knowledgeable. Dr. Redfearn showed concern about my not being able to have oral surgery any time soon, but offered a temporary care plan, which is much appreciated.
Would apreciate it if in the future all Cotton is removed before I leave the office. One was still wedged in my mouth and poped out when I was talking with a friend. Not pretty

I do respect your staff and the care you provide. I also appreciate you getting me in ASAP Yesterday. But...I have to say I was was very surprised that I was charged $95 to have a crown re-cemented. I am retuning to the practice this week for a cleaning...just makes me wonder. It is heavy on my mind.Sincerely, Debdeb
