I haven't been to the dentist in a long, long time, so this past visit was not exciting. Not surprisingly, I had several cavities that needed fillings. I found this dentist online and there were so many ratings I decided to give it a 'go'. For the most part, I have been pretty satisfied. I think sometimes they try to schedule too many people in the evenings, since they're closed on Fridays. the only thing painful about the experience was listening to that horrid music. It would be nice to meet the new dentist when I'm upright. I couldn't pick him out of a line-up.
I've gone through a number of dentist in my adult years and have not found one that I liked for one reason or another; long wait times, unfriendly, etc. Coming to this office was refreshing, there was nothing I didnt like. The surroundings were comfortable, the people were friendly and even though it got busy with more patients coming in it still felt like they made and had time for me. The reason people have insurance is so that they can defray some of the cost of the services. I realize you have to get paid but for those of us who do use insurance I'm not exactly sure why it is your office has to have payment right away. Many times I've paid only to be left with a credit at my next visit. I really don't make enough expendable income to be giving you some leftover. Your employees are nice, and courteous but that only goes so far. If I don't feel I'm going to get value for my money there are plenty more den... read more
