Really liked the people and how I was treated. The only thing I could be negative about was the movie tickets I wad promised a while ago and still haven't gotten. I was very excited about that! Otherwise great place.

Dental staff was great as usual , but the accounting/admin staff was a huge disappointment. Never thought I would have the interaction I did there especially with other patients listening. Thanks for that .....

I was there for ex-rays, exam, cleaning, and 3 filings. I was in the chair for 4 and 1/2 hours and almost half the time no one was in the room but me and cnbc. Your time management needs improvement.

As usual the one's with the sharp tools, drills and needles are the ones who made me feel the most comfortable, at ease and in trusted hands. The admin - however, was a different story. Difficult accounting and short receptionist make for an uneasyness that makes me consider if a return is worth the unwilling to be flexible and understanding. Payments plans should be FLEXIBLE!

A very caring and friendly office. When I first moved here a few years ago, the dentist I went to did what he wanted which ended up making him money but not what I needed. Dr. Redfearn was my next choice and my last because he really cares about me as a patient. He won't do any treatment on his patients that are not needed, even if they are more expensive. For instance, he could have put implants in my mouth, which would have been beneficial to him because of their cost. Instead, he felt that a bridge would have the same eff... read more

I went in for a cleaning and felt that I was at a used car lot. The assistants were very professional but the Doctor was forceful and told me I needed all kind of work done. I went to another dentist who told me that I needed none of what he suggested.
