Five star heating and cooling group is not your typical HVAC company. I have to thank Kip And his entire staff including Cody Joe Steve Caleb Mery and I am sorry that the lady that answered the original text for helping out a disabled veteran in a time of need When they competitor installed a sir supposedly custom system that is given his Fitts since the day it was installed And all my years of homeowning I have never seen the professionalism that Cody Joe and Steven Caleb presented when they come out to do the repairs on this unit today All questions were answered they arrived at 9 AM and was done by 12:30 very professional with me not knowing anything about HVAC they reassured the comp my confidence and getting the job done correctly efficiently and minimal expense. Kip you have one hell of a staff and I can only see you growing larger with that customer service that you have I suggest to anyone that has problems with their AC to contact five star and let them take care of it for you and experience the awesome professionalism that this company is shown I have given your phone number to a veterans organization that will be needing it from time to time with the veterans that are in the same shape that I am in disabled and non-disabled you’re anybody that will treat a veteran the way you have here has my business 110% for years to come once again thank you very much for an awesome job well done God bless you and God bless five star Regards Doug Hammond US Army retired veteran Retired truck driver 2003

They came out to give us a quote for a new AC & furnace, based off what another company told us (we were quoted for over $13,000. They came out and with a quick service call, fixed everything for UNDER $250. We were obviously EXTREMELY HAPPY with the service and the money we saved. Recommend!

We woke up to a cold morning with snow and our HVAC decided to completely break. They came out that same day and quoted us out a new one for almost a full $3000 less than a competitor and they were able to install the whole new system the very next morning! Very professional and it looked like they were never here! Amazing team and phenomenal company!
