In the past year, I have had to replace my A/C and water heater. I also replaced my furnace because i knew it was just a matter of time before it failed. I'm glad I chose Five Star. They have consistently impressed me with their knowlege and expertise. Everyone has been personable and friendly. I highly recommend them.

Dallas arrived on time and performed all inspections on my furnace. He showed me how to use the humidifier and change the filter. He educated me regarding NOT using the humidifier until there will be no more switching back and forth from AC to Heat during warm days and cool nights. I have ordered a humidifier filter and will perform the installation as instructed. Job well done.

I can't even hardly find the words to express the wonderful beyond my expectations job that Mike, Doug, Zane, Bryan, and Dale have done! They came on time, very greetable, and ready to work, my Air conditioning Unit and Furnace both were very very dated and not functioning properly at all...our furnace had sewer back-up inside of the coils of the furnace, because we had a massive sewer backup from the old cast iron piping that runs underneath a tree on our condo property, which caused the calamity none the less, the five guy... read more

Randall was so helpful, responsive, polite and professional. We needed to move an existing HVAC run due to some remodeling, and he made himself available to answer questions between our estimate and scheduled service explaining everything along the way. Our service was exceptionally prompt, with our estimate scheduled next day even though I called in the evening. The work was scheduled same day that we requested that it be completed. Certainly received 5-Star service! Thank you, Randall!!
