The technician was on time and appeared to do a thorough job checking our AC system. Time will tell if his efforts were appropriate. Courtesy, punctual, thorough, attention to details, focus on task at hand we’re all observed and appreciated. I was so happy ..the appointment time was originally from 12-4.. but the technician called to come sooner..he asked if 10:00 would be ok..it saved me from waiting the day ..thanks for great service and Thanks to Eric the technician..I will call for furnace check in the fall..
