Cheaply Built and Horrendously Noisy Windows and walls are thin and we can hear everything everywhere around the apartment. The vibration makes it worse than living on the street. Maintenance requested are often ignored and rejected. Trespassers and unauthorized personnel always occupy the clubhouse. Management won't do anything and is not responsive.

Verified Renter We love cleanliness everywhere! Modern style! And also, all the managers are great professionals, pleasant communication and help in various matters, especially thanks to Keaton. Several of our friends are already interested and are also planning to rent.

Verified Renter The staff at Highland FiveTwo were so welcoming and they (Keaton and Alexis) bent over backward to help get my application submitted and approved. I love the amenities and the area too! It has everything that I need for my work, school and recreational time. Will I ever leave? Good question.

If you like being nickle'd and dime'd, this is the place for you I can't recall an apartment where the value for what I paid was worse than it has been at Five Two. There's a separate charge for EVERYTHING. Water boiler fee, package fee, bulk trash pickup fee, valet trash fee. The list goes on and on. Greystar only cares about making money, and it shows. It would be one thing if I felt like the facilities and overall experience of living here held up to the cost, but it simply doesn't. Things are often broken, dirty or in a ... read more

Verified Renter Amenities are nice but the issues overpower that. Having constant problems with delivery people and missing packages. Stinking elevators, hallways, and parking.

Verified Renter The apartment is nice and amenities are nice but property management and maintenance is horrible. Based on the high rent rates, I would not recommend.

Terrible Property Maintenance & Management The apartment and amenities at Five Two Highland look nice and new. However, the developer definitely cut corners on hardware and appliances. The cheap dishwasher smells like vomit, and the cheap washing machine has 3 settings and an agitator. Service requests take 2-3 weeks. There is no maintenance staff or janitorial staff that regularly maintain the amenities, halls, stairs, or trash rooms.
