Verified Renter Brooks (and all the staff but mostly Brooks) is amazing!! Seriously. Love him! Made the experience SO easy to move in and was super accommodating. He went out of his way to make sure I had everything I needed before and after my move in. The tour was amazing and the process was so easy.

Verified Renter The leasing process was incredibly simple and Brooks did an amazing job helping us every step of the way! Within 3 days we were set up and ready to move into our new space. We have been loving our space and the community! After the storm forcing us to move out of our old place, were so glad to have ended up at FiveTwo!

Verified Renter Overall very solid community in central Austin. No community is perfect but I would venture to say this one is one of the better ones. Management has been good and the maintenance team has been wonderful.

"Designed with Intention. Nestled in Action" - Not True The property is too new and while the website does promote the property with all its amenities, it isn't true. None of them are available, except for the business center and pool - which is currently closed (but still all of the equipment are running as per usual - A WASTE OF ELECTRICITY).
