Today I was charged a "weekly payment fee" for an item I have yet to receive. My Flexshopper agent Shanelle Edwards processed a "payment reversal" and reassured me that the money withdrawn from my personal checking account would be refunded back to my bank promptly. Which is good to hear seeing as though no one wants to wake up to finding funds missing from their bank account Shanelle also went the extra mile by requesting an investigation into my original order to see why this "delivery delay" has occurred.
