When I called and originally I was not having a good experience this evening at all. I was being transferred to different departments numerous times with no resolution. Finally ******* answered the phone and was able to assist me and went above and beyond and provided a complete resolution to my inquiry. I don't remember when I started using FlexShopper or remember how I came across the company. I do remember they were in a growing phase when I was introduced. Flexshopper has been easy to use, and their customer service has been top notch. I worked with Esteban today, and he helped me and my wife resolve some billing issues. He was very thorough with his explanations of everything. He went above and beyond in making sure we had all the information we needed to make informed decisions on how to move forward with our leases, and we could feel like he genuinely wanted to help us, rather than trying to squeeze bigger payments out of us.

My only aggravation with this "Program" is that that without contacting customer service you are unable to receive information about your remaining balance, additionally they don't do any sort of payment confirmations!
