Great service! Found myself needing brake work while on vacation, FlexShopper made it possible to get the work done and the 90 days same as cash was amazing. Highly recommend if needed.
CSR was great, however, what's behind the scenes might not be. I place my in store lease request over a week ago and provided the necessary docs; I'm still waiting for my request to be reviewed. Also, could this company be predatory on us with bad credit. During this time I'm waiting I'm rethinking this whole account.
Just worked with ******** from flex shopper online text, was extremely helpful and courteous and answered all of my questions and needs, hopefully the rest of their team works a diligently as she does and gets my iPad Pro in the mail!!!

Overall my experience has been okay w flex shopper. Wish their app was better. It doesn't show you balance left or allow you to pay off balance thru the app. By not showing dates or any payoff timing I feel they set people up for intentional failure which results in people paying double for the item so instead of paying $500 it could cost you $1000 or more.
