I think Flexshopper is a good company. They offer affordable products on a lease. You can pay the merchandise off in 90 days with an additional fee of $50 added to the merchandise price. The price is comparable to what you would pay in store with the retailer. Most lease to own programs up the prices of the merchandise twice upfront & if you carry the lease to full term, you will have paid about 4x what the merchandise is worth. Flexshopper has excellent customer service, professional & courteous.
Shanelle, Carlos, Victoria and all the others I have spoke with, have been olive snd courteous. I have been with them almost a year and, they have been quick to help and get to the root of the problem. They have helped me find a certain item. When I speak with them on the ph, it's like talking to family.
Anthony v. was very helpful and quick to answer my questions. He was straight to the point and very polite. He helped me close out my account and had amazing customer service skills!

I spoke with Elizabeth A*****â?? from FlexShopper. I initially wanted to return an item that i had financed through their rent to own plan with weekly payments. What i ended up doing was keeping my item and simply allowed my payments to continue being drafted from my checking account. The delay in payments from my return caused my account to have a big past due balance of about $300 that incurred late fees and etc. Elizabeth, without issue, got my fees waived and my past due balance corrected to help my situation. I have been nothing but pleased with FlexShopper. Today Porshea B. was fantastic in addressing my questions, troubleshooting, and updating my account. She was courteous, knowledgeable, and helpful. I am disabled and on a fixed income, so I cannot afford to pay full retail prices in one lump sum, so being able to spread my payments out over a year is ideal for me. I'm fully aware that I'm paying more than retail, but this works well for me and I'm thankful for it.
