He made the process of resolution go so smooth with his willingness to help and his knowledge. The matter was resolved in less than 5 minutes. McKenzie J. was amazing !! Best person I've spoken to on flexshopper , PERIOD ! He seemed more that happy to answer all my questions and was patient enough to get through everything I needed. Took the extra time to re-explain things to me I didn't understand. Everyone should be like McKenzie.
