I had to call in to FlexShopper to review my account and fix and issue and I spoke with "Cynthia". She was so nice and professional and very courteous. She took care of my issue and made sure I had no other issues. She also followed up with an email so that if I had any other concerns later in the day, I could email her DIRECTLY to follow up and make sure that it was taken care of.
